Property
Transaction Services Fees includes:
1. Meeting with Seller / Broker / Buyer.
2. Review Seller’s Property documents.
3. Title Search & investigation at the Public Registry
and at the Ministry of Economic and Finance.
4. Draft & review Promise to Purchase Contract.
5. Draft meetings of Share Holders of Client’s Entity,
to authorize purchase through a Corporation or Foundation
(if applicable).
6. Draft & review Purchase Contract.
7. Coordinate signature and payment as agreed.
8. Coordinate and process Title Transfer at the Public Registry
(if applicable).
9. Send all Public Deeds and documents to the Client.
Mortgage Cancellation and/or Mortgage Registration
Services fees are separate from the Property Transaction Services
fees.
